Birthday Parties

Party Details

Parties include an hour of gymnastics/cheer time with a party instructor, and a half hour of party time. These birthday parties are jammed-packed with athletic and gymnastics/cheer based activities to keep everyone entertained! Birthday parties are typically booked for Saturdays.

Pricing 

You can choose one of our three birthday party prices! 

• 3-9 Participants (Including the Birthday Party child): $100 (1 Instructor)

• 10-18 Participants (Including the birthday party child): $125 (1 Helper & 1 Instructor)

• 18-25 participants (Including the birthday party child): $175 (2 Instructors)

• 25-35 participants, including the birthday party child, is $220 (2 Instructors & 1 Helper)

 

Request a Party

To start your process of scheduling a birthday party with Fitness Made Fun, please scroll down and please fill out the online. 

Once your request has been submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for us to check staff availability. A request is not a guarantee of party availability. You will be contacted by a Birthday Party coordinator to assist you in officially booking your party.

Participation Waiver

Every guest at the party and the birthday child will need to fill out a special event registration participation form (Located at the bottom of the page) and can be turned in before the scheduled party or brought to the party with the attendee. It is a great idea to send it out with your invites! If a child does not have one of these filled out, they will be unable to participate in the party. Only a parent or legal guardian can fill out this form. Please make sure everyone gets one!

Three and Younger Participants

If any participants are age 3 or younger, they will need a parent to be on the floor, assisting them, the entire duration of the party. This is to help ensure the safety of the child.
